Account Maintenance

Underwriters, investors and issuers conducting all kinds of businesses through Beijing Financial Assets Exchange (CFAE) that apply for changing the name, contact person, address, contact information and other basic information, as well as maintaining the system accounts may conduct according to the following process.

 (I) Changes to Basic Information and System Account Information

Institutions that apply for changing the name, replacing the legal person, changing the business license number, changing the contact information and other basic information; and system account authority change, account cancellation, account suspension and account activation shall submit the following documents to CFAE:

NAFMII Integrated Business and Information Service Platform:

1. System Account Maintenance Application of the Integrated Business and Information Service Platform (See the Appendix for further details);

2. Other documents required by CFAE.

CFAE Integrated Business Platform

1. System Account Maintenance Application of the CFAE Integrated Business Platform (See the Appendix for further details);

2. Other documents required by CFAE.

 (II) Maintenance of System Administrators/ System operators

Institutions that apply for changing the allocated accounts, and creating, canceling, suspending or suspending any system administrators shall submit the following documents to CFAE:

NAFMII Integrated Business and Information Service Platform:

1. System Account Maintenance Application of the Integrated Business and Information Service Platform (See the Appendix for further details);

2. Other documents required by CFAE.

CFAE Integrated Business Platform

1. System Account Maintenance Application of the CFAE Integrated Business Platform (See the Appendix for further details);

2. Other documents required by CFAE.

(III) Cancellation of Registered Users of CFAE Platform

Users that apply for canceling any registered users of the CFAE shall submit the following documents to CFAE:

1. Application Form for Canceling the Registered Users of CFAE Platform (See the Appendix for further details);

2. Other documents required by CFAE.

(IV) Maintenance of UKey

Institutions that apply for obtaining the new Ukey, resetting the passwords or unbinding the Ukey shall submit the following documents to CFAE:

1. Application Form for Maintaining the Ukey Digital Certificate of Beijing Financial Assets Exchange (See the Appendix for further details);

2. Ukey that needs password resetting or unbinding;

3. Other documents required by CFAE.

(V) Maintenance of Users of the Market-oriented Debt/Equity Swap Information Reporting Platform

Institutions that apply for creating new users, resetting the passwords or canceling any users of the Market-oriented Debt/Equity Swap Information Reporting Platform shall submit the following documents to CFAE:

1. Application Form for Maintaining the Users of the Market-oriented Debt/Equity Swap Information Reporting Platform (See the Appendix for further details);

2. Other documents required by CFAE.

(VI) Maintenance of Quotation Contact Person of Creditor’s Right Financing Program of Beijing Financial Assets Exchange

Institutions that apply for adding or canceling the quotation contact person of creditor’s right financing program of Beijing Financial Assets Exchange shall submit the following documents to CFAE:

1. Quotation Contact Person and Account Information Form of Creditor’s Right Financing Program of Beijing Financial Assets Exchange (See the Appendix for further details);

2. Other documents required by CFAE. 

(VII) Application of Mailing Ukey by Stock Customer

Institutions that has been opened or maintained the account, but has not obtain the Ukey digital certificate, applying for obtaining Ukey by mail shall submit the following documents:

1. Letter of Commitment for Mailing Account Documents (See the Appendix for further details); 

2. Other documents required by CFAE.
